(2) Peeled, pitted avocados
(1) Packet avocado mix
(4) Slices Muenster cheese, cut in half length-wise
(1) small tub jalapeno artichoke dip


How Do I Make Jalape?o Artichoke and Avocado Chicken?

Here is how you make Jalape?o Artichoke and Avocado Chicken:

Preheat oven to Broil. Pan-fry the chicken tenderloins with non-stick spray until done. Do not overcook (as tempted as you may be). Just before chicken is finished, place a 1/2 slice of Muenster cheese onto each tenderloin and let it melt. While chicken is cooking, peel, pit, and mash two avocados into a bowl and mix with guacamole seasoning. Place all tenderloins onto a cookie sheet (be sure to use cooking spray first). Spread a layer of jalape?o artichoke spread across the Muenster cheese. Broil the tenderloins with the cheese and spread on top until golden brown.
