Here is how you make Cider Bacon Chicken:

Serves 4. Serving is 1 piece of chicken with 2 tablespoons of sauce.Preheat oven to 200 degrees.Cook turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. When done, remove and set aside.Season the chicken on each side with salt & pepper and place in the same skillet. Cook on both sides until browned and cooked through, approximately 4-5 mins each side.When chicken is done, place on a baking sheet in your preheated oven to keep warm.Add your onion to the same pan, stirring frequently. When onion is tender, add your cider and broth.Bring to a boil and let reduce to 1/4-1/2 cup. While reducing, chop up your bacon. When sauce has reduced, stir in the bacon.
