1 clove of fresh garlic (substitue Garlic powder)
Black Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Cumion dash in each pan
dash of chili powder *optional*
1 large yellow onion (sliced into rings)
2 Green Peppers (sliced)
1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 Yellow Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 Orange Bell Pepper (sliced)
3 Cups water
2 Lipton Whole Grain Chicken Broccolli Rice

Here is how you make Bell Pepper Chicken Bake:

This Reciepe will make approx 10 servings. (I feed my family of 6 and have leftovers for hubby to take some for work and feed the kiddos lunch the next day)Chicken (thawed or frozen)PREHEAT OVEN to 400Prep Pans:oil the 2 casserol pans add about a quarter cup of water to each pan. mix oil and water to cover the bottom of your pan and Season Pans:*Be sure when seasoning the pan you leave half of the seasoning for the top of the chicken*spread on the bottom of each pan repeat with each seasoning.I use Lowrys chicken fajita seasoning in addition to the following (optional) chop garlic (substitute garlic powder) salt and pepper Dash of Cumino*chili powder is used last after we add chicken*mix seasonings into the oil and water evening and start to add veggiesPlace 1/2 of the onion rings to cover the bottom of pan add 1/2 of the green, red, yellow, orange peppersadd chicken breastrepeat seasoning to the top*chili powder optional just a tiny bit other wise it si too spicy*add the rest of your onions and bell peppersadd water fill to half way up the pancover with foil paperand Bake!*chick in on your chicken to be sure the water level is okay, careful to not add too much water or you will make the seasonings bland* While the chicken is cooking cook your Lipton Rice and Viola!
