Here is how you make Cheesy Chicken Tortellini Bake:

Preheat oven to 400*. Cook onion & garlic in olive oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir in alfredo sauce, tortellini, chicken, milk, water, peas, & pepper. Heat until mixture comes to a boil; remove from heat. Meanwhile, grate parmesan cheese and melt butter for 30-45 seconds. Stir in bread crumbs and cheese; mix well. In a 9x13 baker, spoon pasta mixture in and sprinkle with crumb topping.
