Here is how you make Chicken and Asparagus Bake:

Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas4.Lightly grease a large casserole dish and set aside.Cook the egg noodles according to packet instructions, drain in cold water and set aside.Halve and de-seed the peppers. Cut into dice.Peel and chop the onion.Peel and crush the garlic.Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the pepper, onion and garlic, cook stirring for 8 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and softened.Mix together the soup, eggs, ricotta cheese and half the Cheddar cheese in a large bowl until well blended.Add the onion mixture, chicken, asparagus and noodles.
