Cook fettuccine according to package & drain well. Preheat oven to 350 degs. Tear/cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Heat butter & soup in microwave until butter is melted (45 sec to 1 min). Let soup/butter cool a bit, then mix in sour cream. Stir in chicken & noodles, then add to large greased casserole dish.
