What Are The Ingredients For Quick Chicken and Swiss Bake Recipe?The ingredients for Quick Chicken and Swiss Bake are: 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed4 - slices of swiss cheese (I used Alpine Lace reduced fat) 1 - can of cream of mushroom soup 1/2 - 1 cup of white wine 4 - darkly toasted slices of whole wheat bread 1 - stick of butter dried parsley garlic powder How Do I Make Quick Chicken and Swiss Bake?Here is how you make Quick Chicken and Swiss Bake: Inside of a 9 x 13 inch pan or baking dish, lay the 4 chicken breasts out evenly spaced. Sprinkle each with with garlic powder and parsley to taste. Lay 1 slice of swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast. (You can use more if you like it extra cheesy.) In a separate bowl combine the mushroom soup and white wine. Stir until well blended, and then pour over and around each chicken breast until gone.Crumble dried toast into small pieces on top of each piece of chicken. Sprinkle each with more parsley and garlic powder. Melt butter and drizzle over top of breadcrumbs!Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until cooked all the way through.
