Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix yogurt,salt,pepper & hot sauce togeather big enough to hold the chicken. Add sliced chicken coat well with yogurt mixture. Let sit for 10 mins. then coat the chicken with the bread crumbs. Spray a cookie sheet with oil spray. Place chicken on baking sheet.
