Here is how you make Baked Chicken Leg Quarters w/Roasted Potatoes:

Preheat oven to 350. Put chicken and potatoes in large roasting pan. Slice garlic cloves and insert under skin. Sprinkle chicken and potatoes with a generous sprinkling of parsley, pepper, salt and rosemary. (Could also use poultry seasoning if you don't have rosemary on hand.) Drizzle potatoes and chicken with melter butter. Bake at 350 for about an hour until chicken is done and potatoes are tender. Baste chicken and potatoes frequently!
