2 lbs chicken breasts (I use Pilgrim's Pride thin-sliced filets)
Swiss Cheese Slices, 10
Cream of Mushroom soup, 10-3/4 oz can, mixed with 1 can water


How Do I Make Baked Swiss Chicken?

Here is how you make Baked Swiss Chicken:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray two 13x9 pans lightly with cooking spray. Rinse chicken breasts and lay out in pans. top each breast with 1 slice Swiss cheese. Use about 1/2 of the soup mixture and pour equally on each cheese-topped breast. Reserve 1/2 soup mixture. Next, top, divided equally, each breast with the dry stuffing mix. Use remaining 1/2 soup mixture and, again, pour equally over stuffing on each breast. Cover pans with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
