makes 4 servings1) Preheat oven 375 degrees. Cut chicken breasts in half so they bake in short time. Rub pieces with 1 TBS lemon juice, rosemary, and a little salt and pepper. Place in baking dish, and bake for about 20 minutes, covered or until done.2) In a large saute pan bring water and 1 TBS of lemon juice to a boil. Add cabbage and onion. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.3) While cabbage is cooking mix together all Basil Sauce ingredients, whisking in olive oil a little at a time at end.4) Toss cabbage with basil sauce, walnuts, salt and pepper.
