Coat a 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.Warm the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until lightly browned on all sides. Add the mushrooms and onion and cook for about 10 minutes longer, or until the chicken is no longer pink, the juices run clear, and the mushrooms and onions have softened. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, remove from the heat, and set aside.To assemble the enchiladas, fill the center of each tortilla with equal portions of the chicken mixture, and roll up, folding in the ends as you go.
