1 tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1 lb. Chicken Breast, no skin

Here is how you make Crispix Coated Oven Baked Chicken:

Mix the Yogurt and Mustard in a bowl. Crush the Crispix and place in a shallow bowl. Wash the chicken breast, and remove all skin and fat. Dip the chicken into the yogurt/mustard batter and then roll in the Crispix. Place an inch apart on a wire rack on a cookie sheet. Cook for 30 mins. at 400 degrees.
