Here is how you make Crispy baked chicken tenders:

In a medium bowl combine egg and milk, whisk. In another bowl combine crunched corn flakes and seasoning. Have a cookie sheet ready sprayed with pan spray. Preheat oven to 400. Dip chicken strips into egg and then into corn flakes. They will not completely be covered (unless you really crushed them into fine crumbs). Place on cookie sheet. Do until all chicken is on cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until done. You don't want them dry! Mine only had to bake for about 20 before being juicy and done.Serve with sauce of choice.
