Here is how you make Easy Crispy Baked Chicken:

Preheat oven to 325. Add whole wheat flour to a small ziplock bag. Add dry spices, except cheese. Dip chicken in milk and then place in bag. Toss to coat well. Remove from bag and press into Panko crumbs. Using a spoon carefully sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of chicken. Line baking sheet with non stick foil. Place chicken on baking sheet and lightly spray with Pam.Bake in oven for 15-20 min, depending on thickness. Check after 15 to make sure all pink is gone.
