Pat of butter for each
Bit of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil for each
Salt and Pepper
Cumin
McCormick's Seasoning for Grilling Chicken

Lemon Juice (just squeeze lemon and leave peels in while baking)

Dried Chipolte Pepper (from seasoning isle)


How Do I Make Everyday Baked Chicken?

Here is how you make Everyday Baked Chicken:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.In glass or ceramic baking dish, to keep meat from sticking, place a little butter (half pat or so) and a little coconut oil (sprinkle) under each breast in bottom of dish. Place chicken in dish and on each side sprinkle seasonings. Then put about a half pat of butter on each breast and sprinkle some coconut oil on top too. (I keep my coconut oil in the fridge so it will be hard and use a sharp knife to make shavings so it will sprinkle easily without having to melt first).If desired, add lemon or garlic or anything else to your taste.Bake until internal temp reaches 165 degrees F - about 35 mins.Serving Size:?1 lb will make 4 servings
