My new twist on a homestyle classic. I LOVE baked chicken, so instead of using bread crumbs and butter for empty calories and fat, I decided to add extra fiber with my Kashi GoLEAN cereal. Tasty!! Oh, and it is a "man-friendly" recipe, my boyfriend loved it!!

1/2 cup of Kashi GoLEAN cereal, crushed into bread crumbs
1 tbsp olive oil, seperated
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tbsp Rosemary, seperated
Pepper, to taste
Parmesan, a pinch


How Do I Make Healthy Baked Chicken?

Here is how you make Healthy Baked Chicken:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F2. Lightly grease pan (i use Pam)3. Rub 1/2 tbsp olive oil into each chicken breast, lightly coating it4. Add 1/4 tbsp rosemary to each chicken breast, and add pepper to taste5. Add garlic to bread crumbs and roll each chicken breast in the mixture6. Pour the rest of the bread crumb mixture over top of chicken breasts. Top w/parmesan cheese7. Bake for 35-40 minutes8. Let cool for 2 minutes9.
