Here is how you make Honey Balsamic Baked Chicken Thighs:

Whisk together first 8 ingredients to make marinade. Add the chicken and the marinade to a large resealable bag, squishing until sure chicken is thoroughly coated. Marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours, or overnight.Preheat the oven to 350?F and line a baking sheet with foil.Remove chicken from the bag and place skin side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Keep the marinade!Remove the chicken from the oven and flip the thighs skin side up. Turn the oven to broil, and if necessary, adjust the baking rack so it is about 8" from the broiler. Return the chicken to the oven and broil for about 5 minutes until the skin is crisped and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165?F. While the chicken is cooking, transfer the reserved marinade to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Continue boiling until it reduces to the consistency of syrup (if your diet allows, you can speed this up with cornstarch).
