Here is how you make Saucy baked Chicken:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pour oil into large roasting pan. Add chicken, onion, and mushrooms, turning to coat with oil. Bake for 10 mins, uncovered. Meanwhile, whisk flour into chicken broth. Then add vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir well. When chicken has baked for 10 mins, add the broth mixture and cover with foil. Bake until chicken is done and the gravy mixture has begun to thicken (approx 10-15 mins depending on the size of the cutlets).
