2 t honey

Here is how you make Balsamic Sauteed Chicken:

Combine broth, vinegar and honey in a bowl and set aside. Heat butter and oil in pan. Salt & pepper chicken breast and cook in skillet. When chicken is done, remove from skillet and sautee onion. When onion is soft, add broth/ vinegar soution and scrape bottom of pan to release browned bits. Add the chicken back to the pan and simmer until the liquid is reduced by about half.
