1 T. Catsup
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 cup Onion chopped
4 cloves Garlic minced

Here is how you make Tangy Balsamic Chicken:

1) Mix Balsamic Vinegar, Catsup and Dijon Mustard together, set aside. 2) Spray skillet with cooking spray add Onion and cook until tender then add Garlic and cook until fragrant approximately 30-60 seconds, set aside. 3) Spray same skillet again and brown chicken legs completely on all sides. 4) Add onion/garlic mixture to skillet, stir then add vinegar/catsup/mustard mixture to skillet and stir. Simmer 15 minutes, turn chicken over then simmer an additional 15 minutes or until chicken cooked fully. Serving Size:?Servings 4 (approximate 2 legs)
