Here is how you make Barbecue Chicken Thigh:

Preheat oven to 3501. Wash chicken thigh and remove skin. Pat dry. 2. Add house seaoning to chicken and rub in. Use as much seasoning as you want. 3. In separate bowl add barbecue sauce, honey, onions and jalopenos, along with water. 4. heat skillet on medium heat. Add 2 tbsp oil. Brown chicken thigh on both sides (5 minutes each side)5. Add barbecue sauce. Stir all ingredients together. 6. If using iron skillet, place lit on skillet and place in the oven for 45-50 minutes. serve over rice or make it a cook-in with cob corn, baked beans and potato salad.
