Here is how you make Barbecue Pulled Chicken:

Using CROCKPOTStir tomato sauce, chilies, vinegar, honey, paprika, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ground chipotle and salt if desired in bowl until smooth. Pour into crock pot cooking bag or crockpot bowl.Add onion, garlic and chicken, stir to combine.Put the lid on and cook on low until the chicken can be pulled apart, about 5 hours.Transfer the chicken to a bowl or cutting board and shred using 2 forks. Return the shredded chicken to the pot and mix well. Adjust spices.Serve on buns if desired or separately.Use common sense as to portion size, I used a 1 1/2 cup serving for me.Makes 6-8 1 cup servings.
