What Are The Ingredients For Smoked BBQ Chicken Recipe?The ingredients for Smoked BBQ Chicken are: 1 4-5 lb whole chicken giblets removedAllegro Marinade Stubbs BBQ Sauce How Do I Make Smoked BBQ Chicken?Here is how you make Smoked BBQ Chicken: Rinse chicken in cold water and pat dry. Wrap chicken in heavy duty foil leaving top open. Pour equal parts of the marinade and BBQ sauce over the chicken. Cover the top with foil and seal. Marinate in fridge for 24 hrs.Heat oven to 300 degrees. Place foil wrapped chicken on a cookie sheet and cook for 2 hrs.Remove from oven and CAREFULLY remove the foil from the top of the chicken. Place foil wrapped chicken(still in marinade) and slide it into a prepared smoker and let it smoke in 250 degree smoker for 2 hrs.
