In skillet, lightly saute chicken and onion. Add spices and molasses and let heat through, adding white cooking wine for liquid if needed. Add water chestnuts and bean sprouts, let flavors blend for around 15 min on low heat. Just before ready to serve, blend water and corn starch and add to the chicken mixture.
