2 cans S&W white beans(in light seasoning) undrained

14 oz fat free chicken broth

6 cups chopped fresh escarole

6 cups fresh spinach

1 tsp fresh rosemary

fresh cracked pepper

Here is how you make Chicken Sausage, Beans, and Greens Ragout:

1. Remove casings from sausage and brown with chopped onion in large deep skillet, sprayed with Pam, over med-high heat. . Approx 6 mins.2. Drain any fat. Add potatoes, wine, garlic, beans, and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook 10 mins3. Stir in escarole ,spinach (it will seem like too much, just add it in batches until it cooks down) and rosemary, and cook until the greens wilt.4. Add black pepper to taste.
