fry the chicken in a no nstick pan until golden brown. Remove and keep hot. Add the onions and peppers to the pan with a spray of olive oil and gently cook until softened but not brown. Stir in the garlic. Add the chicken, passata, wine and oregano and season well. Bring to the boil and cover pan tighly.Lower the heat and simmer gently stirring occasionally for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is tender and the juices run clear.Stir in the cannellini beans and simmer for further 5 mins.
