Salt optional.Skewer the meat on sticks alternating beef & pork. Dip each skewer in this order1. Egg mixture2. Cracker meal 3. Egg again4. Flour mixNO FRY: You may skip the frying part and only bake these in the oven to reduce calories from oil.
