Cook your chicken peices in a greased or nonstick frying pan until all chicken is white and cooked through. Turn off heat and set aside.With a mixing bowl combine your large egg and 1/2 cup of bisquik until all is moist and badder like. Now take your cooked chicken and mix into the badder making sure to coat all peices.Drop badder covered chicken indavidualy into the hot 350o oil. When the chicken begins to float make sure to rotate or flip until all is golden brown and crispy. Take out your finished and let drain onto a paper towel. Please note that depending on your fryer's size will depend on how many you can drop in at a time. At this point you can do whatever you like with them! I personally like to cover them in General Tso's or Orange sauce and spinkle some sesame seeds. Bake the sauce and seeds into them for maybe five minutes at a low degree. Then serve them ontop of already prepared rice! YUM! But you can do all kinds of things. Even add to a salad!
