Here is how you make Chicken Escalopes:

1. Place the flour in a large, flat bowl or pie plate. Mince the garlic until fine with mix into flour. 2. Place the bread crumbs in a large, flat bowl or pie plate and mix in the salt, pepper and thyme.3. Beat egg and 1tsp water in large flat bowl or pie plate.4. Using a meat tenderiser or a rolling pin, pound each chicken breast until approx 1/4 thick. 5. Dredge each escalope in flour to coat.6. Dip each escalope in the egg mixture to coat.7. Dredge each escalope through herbed bread crumbs to coat.8. Place a large non stick skillet over medium heat. It is not necessary to coat skillet with oil.9.
