16 oz. Chicken breast (used chicken breast tenderloins)
1 packet Chicken Fajita seasoning mix
1 can Bush's Pinto Beans
1 can Bush's Black Beans
1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 can tomato sauce (the bigger can, not the small 4oz one)
1 can Del Monte diced tomato w/pepper/onions or green Chili Peppers
1 small can mushrooms (stems/caps)

Here is how you make Protein Bowl w/ Chicken Breast Tenderloins:

Throw all ingredients into the crockpot. I drain the cans of beans (black beans, pinto beans, chickpeas) and the mushrooms. I do not drain the diced tomato. Let cook on high 3-4 hours or over night 8-10 on low. I evenly portioned this out in 4 servings. If you add brown rice then may want smaller portions. Can sprinkle low fat cheese on this as well.
