I drain the cans of beans (black beans, pinto beans, chickpeas) and the mushrooms. I do not drain the diced tomato. Let cook on high 3-4 hours or over night 8-10 on low. I evenly portioned this out in 4 servings. If you add brown rice then may want smaller portions. Can sprinkle low fat cheese on this as well.
