Here is how you make Chicken Breasts Supreme:

Preheat oven to 375. Coat chicken with breading and arrange in a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with nonstick coating. Spray skillet with nonstick coating and saute onions. Add broth and sherry and bring to a boil. Pour around chicken. Bake, uncovered, 30 - 40 minutes. Meanwhile, Saute mushrooms in skillet sprayed with nonstick coating.
