3 TBS flour
1 can chicken broth
1 cup 1% milk
dash sage, thyme, garlic powder, garlic salt
1/4 c dried onion
1-2 tsp fresh pepper
3 wedges laughing cow light swiss cheese
Roasted chicken meat (deboned and skin off) 1-1.5 cups

Here is how you make Broccoli and Chicken Alfredo:

Heat 6-8 cups water with salt. Boil pasta for 13 min. During the last 3 min, throw in broccoli and blanch. Drain and put back into the pot. While pasta is boiling, in another saucepan, melt butter and sprinkle in flour. Cook for 30 sec to 1 min (no longer). Whisk in broth and milk. Season with pepper, garlic salt, spices, and dried minced onion. Cook until thickened (about 5 min). Add chicken to sauce and heat. Pour sauce over drained pasta and broccoli and toss to coat.
