2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
320g broccoli, washed and cut into florets
120g mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 small onion, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
60ml white wine (4tbsp)
2tbsp double cream
1 tsp olive oil
black pepper
salt
nutmeg

Here is how you make Chicken a la Nome:

Cook the onion and garlic in the oil over a low heat for 5 minutes, until soft. Add 2 tbsp of the wine and turn the heat up.Add the chicken and seal on all sides. Add the mushrooms, the rest of the wine, a pinch of salt, a generous pinch or two of black pepper and the same of nutmeg. Mix and cook until the chicken is cooked through.Meanwhile, steam the broccoli until just tender. (If you overdo it it will fall apart when you mix it into the sauce!)Add the cream to the chicken and heat through.
