Serves about 4Clean and cut chicken. Season w/salt and pepper. Grill chicken and slice into strips. Meanwhile, boil water and cook pasta. Heat EVOO and saute garlic. Add broccoli and saute for a few minutes. Add butter and melt. Add chicken broth and sprinkle with red pepper. Bring to a boil. Thicken with a bit of cornstarch and wisk until smooth.
