Heat oven to 425 degreesplace pastry in bottom of 9" pie plate (I use refrigerated pie crust, but any will do)spray frying pan with olive oil spray, put in garlic and cubed chicken. Fry until chicken is done (if using onion can put in too)In separate bowl beat eggs slightly, mix in remaining ingredients.Sprinkle half chicken and swiss and brocolli in bottom of pie crust.Pour in half the egg mixture.Sprinkle rest of chicken and brocolli and half remaining swiss.
