Here is how you make Chicken broccoli noodle stir fry:

Place ramen noodles in a bowl of hot, not boiling water to soften and set aside. Pre cook rice and set it aside as well.Cut your chicken into bite sized pieces and season with a little ground black pepper. Then heat a little vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok and fry chicken pieces until no longer pink. Remove chicken from the pan and now add the package of frozen broccoli to it and stir. You want to cook broccoli until most of the water from it has evaporated.In a separate bowl measure out about 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce and 1/3 cup water with a tsp or two of minced garlic, the brown sugar and the corn starch and stir until mixed well. After broccoli has heated up, reads the chicken to the pan with it and now add your sauce and stir well. Drain a larger can of mushrooms pieces and stem and add them to your skillet now. Drain your ramen noodles and add them to the pan right as sauce is starting to thicken, and stir until heated through.
