Here is how you make Chicken Stir Fry with Broccoli and Red Bell Peppers:

Slice red bell pepper into strips and chop broccoli into bite size pieces. Heat 1 tbls canola oil in frying pan over medium-high heat. Add veggies and crushed red pepper to frying pan and saute until tender-crisp, covering the pan between stirring. As veggies begin to cook, apply a single quick-spray of Pam Cooking Spray (or other) to frying pan; apply salt and pepper to chicken pieces and cook over medium heat, approximately 5 minutes on each side or until done. Add cooked chicken and 1 tbls House of Tsang Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce to veggies and stir well. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Makes 2 large servings.
