Slice & sliver ginger. Set aside.Put corn starch in a small bowl and add the measured liquid ingredients to the corn starch. Mix well & set aside.Heat coconut oil in wok. When hot, add broccoli & stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Add onions & stir fry until semi-soft. Add mushrooms and mix well. Add the chicken, garlic, ginger and crushed cayenne pepper. Stir fry for an additional 2 minutes or so.
