Sprinkle chicken strips with the garlic salt. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook and stir seasoned chicken in hot skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. Coat pan again with cooking spray. Add broccoli slaw and ginger to skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 mins or until slaw is crisp-tender.2.Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine peanut sauce ingredients. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.3. spread tortilas with peanut sauce, top with chicken strips and broccoli-slaw mix, roll up and enjoy. Serves about 6 - not a perfect division though, I just kind of estimated, so you might want to change it up if I'm wrong. I figured 1 serving = 1 tortilla, 1 T peanut sauce, about 3-3.5 oz. of chicken, and 1/3 cup broccoli slaw.
