Here is how you make Ziti with Chicken and Broccoli:

Boil water. Add ziti and broccoli. Add salt to taste. Cook till done. Drain and set aside.Cut chicken into large chunks. Salt and pepper the chicken. Saute chicken in melted butter in large frying pan. Add chopped garlic and saute till tender. Add milk, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese. Stir till melted. Mix corn starch into 2 Tbsp. milk till well-combined. Add to sauce in pan and stir till thick and bubbly.Transfer ziti and broccoli into large pan. Add chicken and sauce to the ziti. Stir to combine.
