Then simmer until chicken is cooked and falling off the bone.4 remove chicken from stock. Remove all chicken skin and shred the meat.5 Add all other ingredients and some pepper into chicken stock, bringing to the boil then simmering until vegetables and broth mix are tender, and broth is thick and hearty. Remove any scum from the top as it cooks.
