Here is how you make Tex Mex Chicken Burgers:

1. Cook the plain chicken breasts as you prefer. I barbecued them, but baking them would work just as well.2. As they are cooling, add about 1 tsp of Kraft Tex-Mex Shredded Cheese. Let stand for a moment so the cheese melts a bit. 3. Add 1 tbsp of salsa on top of the cheese. 4. On either side of your bun, add 1 tbsp of Fat Free Sour Cream and 2-3 leaves of lettuce.
