Here is how you make Chicken Chausseur:

heat butter over medium heat in skillet.separate flour into two half cup measures. Mix one half cup with oregano, salt and pepper. Dredge chicken cubes in flour mixture and saute in butter until brown. Add onions until opaque. Remove chicken. Add tomatoes, juice, mushrooms and 1 3/4 cups chicken broth. Heat through. Mix remaining flour and chicken broth well, add to pan allow sauce to thicken.
