1/2 large red onion, chopped
1 cup rice (not instant. I used basmati leftover from Indian take-out)
garlic - I used 2 tbsp minced from a jar and 1/2 tbsp
1 tsp white ground pepper
12 fl oz reduced/lower sodium tomato juice
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp sugar

Pull off 12 whole leaves. You may need to shave some thickness off the spine. 2) Mix ground chicken, egg, onion, rice, garlic, and pepper in a bowl. 3) Fill each leaf with about a palm-full of the mixture, taking care to fold over the sides and tuck in the ends.
