How Do I Make Randy's Chicken Carbonara?

Here is how you make Randy's Chicken Carbonara:

Cook the Broccoli and set asidecook chicken in olive oil. When almost finished add red peppers. Once they've cooked together for a couple of minutes, sprinkle the flour over the chicken/pepper mix and stir to coat. Add milk all at once and bring to a boil. Add about 1/2 of the parmesan cheese and the cooked broccoli and cook until thickened.Cook and drain the spaghetti. As soon as the spaghetti is drained put it back into the pan and throw in the two eggs (lightly whipped) and add a little heat if needed to scramble the eggs and have them stick to the pasta. Add the rest of the grated parmesan cheese to the pasta and stir, then add thickened sauce with chicken to the mixture.
