Add macaroni and cook as per instructions.As water for macaroni is heating, cut chicken breasts into 3/4-inch cubes. Cook chicken in canola oil in large skillet. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Do not drain. Add cream of chicken soup, milk, and chicken broth; stir together. Add 2 cups of shredded cheese (hold one cup aside). You can stir all of this together in your skillet, if it is large enough. If not, use a large mixing bowl (using the skillet saves dirtying one more dish).When macaroni is cooked (tender), drain with colander then add to chicken/soup mixture. Stir until blended well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
