In a large saucepan melt 1 tbsp butter. Add chicken and saute until cooked. Add celery, onions, garlic, mushrooms, and cook until tender. Add mushroom soup and milk, heat until simmering. In a casserole dish put 4 cups cooked spaghetti, broken into smaller pieces. Add hot mixture to spaghetti and mix thoroughly. In a small bowl melt remaining 1 tbsp butter.
