1 Cup Celery, Chopped

2 Tbsp Curry Powder or to taste
2 Tbsp Black Pepper or to taste
8 Servings Brown Rice
1 Cup Packed Raisins
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Here is how you make Chicken Curry Casserole:

Add butter to frying pan. Brown Chicken pieces, add 2 Tbsp Curry Powder Saute for approx. 10 min or until done. Add Red Peppers, Onions, Zucchini, Celery, Apple and Black Pepper. Sautee veggies until slightly tender just a few minutes. Prepare Brown Rice as per box or bag instructions. Spray lasagna pan with Cooking Spray add Chicken Mixture then Brown Rice. Add 2 additional Tbsp Curry Powder stir the pan to mix it well. Bake in 350 deg oven for 30 to 45 min. You can add a small amount of cheese prior to baking.
