Here is how you make Chicken Mexicana Casserole:

Clean chicken breast and cut into 1 inch cubes. Toss chicken, tomatoes and taco spices in a bowl. Add 1 cup of cheese and mix well. Spread mixture into a 13x9 casserole dish. Cover with green chiles. Spread remaining cheese over the top and set aside. Mix together all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spoon mixture on top, spacing evenly. Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes or until topping is golden brown and sauce is bubbling.
